Magnuson Grand Sebring North

We read the reviews after we had booked (before our trip) and were concerned about what we were getting into. Happy to report we had a pleasant stay with no problems that were described in other reviews. It is definitely a little outdated and aged, but the room and bed were clean and we had a great restful two nights sleep there.

My daughter and I had to live in the motel for a few weeks.. and yes, it was quite costly. Would I do it again? Yes. Only because the management was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms in general were ok.. but I think due to the traffic on 27 and the side roads, your room really needed to be cleaned everyday. Our door didn't fit properly and I could see the light under the door including a bug or two from the outside light. The water pressure was ok, taking a shower took longer because the pressure wasn't good.. unless you took a bath. Then the water pressure was great but there was no plug, so I stuffed a washrag down, it helped even though it was a short bath. And just in case you are still thinking about staying here.. I'd suggest you try it. Why?? Mostly because of the Housekeeping staff. All of them are hard workers and you are always greeted with a smile. I'm not going to say her name but I formed a friendship with the head housekeeper. Her English was broken but her kindness brought joy to my heart during a difficult time in my life. So, consider staying here even for a night or two, and I hope you'll see why I wrote as much as I did. Kindness Matters...

We loved it here! Rooms we're excellent plus staff excelled in cleaning everyday. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the breakfast is horrible! Coffee was ok and I loved the apple juice, everything else tastes fake or like rubber. Wasn't satisfied with breakfast at all! Everything else was great though! Comfortable bed plus hot showers, a little piece of home away from home!
